Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full-cycle Accounts Payable process, including invoice verification, approval routing, and timely vendor payments within a logistics environment.
- Execute Accounts Receivable tasks, ensuring accurate and timely billing for complex freight shipments and international logistics services.
- Perform daily reconciliation of accounts and ensure all financial data is accurately reflected in the ERP system.
- Coordinate with global logistics partners and internal operational teams to resolve billing discrepancies and payment disputes efficiently.
- Monitor aging reports and initiate professional collection processes for overdue client accounts.
- Maintain compliance with local tax regulations and internal financial controls during month-end closing activities.
- Provide regular financial status reports to management regarding cash flow and outstanding receivables.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in AP/AR roles, ideally within the freight, logistics, or supply chain industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or QuickBooks) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of international payment terms, multi-currency accounting, and freight invoicing standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and external partner management.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transactions with strict attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a global time zone environment.
