Trends Group, Inc. is currently seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable (AP) Analyst to join our growing finance team in Makati City. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our financial integrity by ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our payment cycles.
The ideal candidate will be a numbers-driven individual with a strong foundation in general accounting principles, invoice processing, and vendor management. You will work closely with cross-functional departments to streamline our AP processes, optimize cash flow, and ensure compliance with internal controls. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice verification, coding, and data entry.
- Ensure timely payment processing and reconciliation of vendor statements.
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies regarding invoices, purchase orders, and payment discrepancies.
- Prepare and review weekly/monthly AP aging reports for management review.
- Maintain accurate and updated vendor files and tax documentation in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the purchasing department to ensure proper documentation and approval workflows.
- Support month-end closing activities and external audit requests as needed.
- Continuously identify and recommend process improvements to increase departmental efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting functions.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Xero).
- Solid understanding of BIR withholding tax regulations and general accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute to a collaborative team environment.
