Tarabelle is currently seeking a highly motivated Accounts Payable (AP) and General Cashier (GC) to join our dynamic finance team in Kuta Selatan. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily financial operations, ensuring precision in every transaction and maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing our payables cycle, overseeing petty cash funds, and ensuring our cash flow records remain impeccable. You will work closely with management to provide accurate financial reporting, supporting the strategic growth of our business. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full-cycle Accounts Payable process, including invoice verification, data entry, and timely payment processing.
- Maintain and reconcile daily petty cash transactions and ensure all supporting documentation is accurate.
- Monitor and record daily cash flow movements to provide up-to-date financial snapshots to management.
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve billing discrepancies and maintain healthy professional relationships.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports in accordance with company standards.
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist in month-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and statutory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an AP or General Cashier role, preferably in the hospitality or retail sector.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computerized accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with high levels of accuracy.
- Strong understanding of tax regulations and local financial compliance standards.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively under deadlines.
