Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Reconcile accounts payable accounts and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
- Manage the full cycle of accounts payable, including data entry and payment processing.
- Prepare and analyze monthly accounts payable reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and accounting standards.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external vendors regarding billing and payments.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or General Accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with Philippine Taxation and regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
