Difan Prima Paint, a leading name in the industry, is looking for a dedicated Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to join our dynamic finance team in Jakarta Utara. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining our financial health by ensuring the precision, integrity, and timeliness of all outgoing payments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the full cycle of the accounts payable process, working closely with procurement and vendors to ensure all financial documentation is reconciled and processed according to company policy. Tanggung Jawab
- Review and verify invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure all vendor invoices are properly coded and approved before processing payments.
- Perform daily data entry into the accounting system with high attention to detail.
- Monitor accounts payable aging to ensure all payments are made within the agreed-upon terms.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain well-organized physical and digital financial records for audit readiness.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline procurement and payment workflows.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and financial reporting as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in an Accounts Payable or general accounting role.
- Strong understanding of tax regulations (PPh 21/23, PPN) applicable in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain professional vendor relationships.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
