Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice processing, verification, and payment scheduling.
- Utilize Coupa software to manage requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier invoices efficiently.
- Perform 3-way matching of invoices, POs, and receiving documents to ensure financial integrity.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies or billing disputes in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with US-based stakeholders to ensure adherence to corporate procurement policies and tax compliance.
- Prepare monthly aging reports and assist in month-end closing activities.
- Maintain accurate and organized digital records of all AP-related documentation.
Kualifikasi
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or similar accounting role.
- Mandatory: Proficiency in Coupa procurement software is required.
- Strong understanding of US accounting principles and AP best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with US-based clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high degree of proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to work autonomously in a Work-From-Home (WFH) environment with reliable high-speed internet.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is highly preferred.
