Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and proper authorization
- Manage the accounts payable ledger and ensure timely payment of invoices
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding payment status and inquiries
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Maintain organized filing system for all accounts payable documentation
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve accounts payable processes
- Utilize Norwegian language skills to communicate with Scandinavian partners
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Fluent in Norwegian language (written and spoken)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
