Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper authorization
- Manage accounts payable ledger and ensure timely payment to vendors
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Maintain organized filing system for all accounts payable documentation
- Communicate effectively with vendors to resolve payment issues and inquiries
- Support the finance team with additional accounting tasks as needed
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
