Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and monitor end-to-end cash advance requests for employees and branch operations.
- Verify and process employee reimbursement claims against company policy and supporting documentation.
- Reconcile accounts payable sub-ledgers and ensure all entries are accurately reflected in the financial system.
- Coordinate with different departments to resolve discrepancies in payment requests.
- Maintain systematic filing of vouchers, receipts, and relevant financial documents for audit readiness.
- Prepare periodic reports on cash advances and reimbursement trends for management review.
- Assist in the month-end closing process by ensuring all payables are recorded within the cut-off period.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in Accounts Payable or general bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and common accounting software.
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle internal inquiries professionally.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Working knowledge of BIR regulations and accounting standards is a plus.
