Recruit Now is proud to partner with a leading healthcare provider based in Yishun, North Region. We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Executive (AP) to join their established finance team on a permanent basis.

As the Accounts Payable Executive (AP), you will oversee the full spectrum of the AP function. Your responsibilities will include managing the invoice processing cycle, executing accurate payment runs, reconciling supplier statements, and maintaining vendor master data. This role is perfect for a meticulous professional who thrives in a structured environment and possesses strong problem-solving skills.
The ideal candidate will possess a diploma or degree in Accountancy with at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity. Prior experience in the healthcare sector and proficiency in SAP or other major ERP systems will be highly advantageous. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable process, including invoice verification and coding.
- Perform 3-way matching of Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, and Invoices.
- Prepare and execute weekly and monthly payment runs (GIRO, Cheque, TT).
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve outstanding discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate vendor master data files and records.
- Assist in month-end closing activities, including AP aging and accrual journals.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and audit requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the finance department.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of solid experience in an Accounts Payable role.
- Prior experience in the Healthcare or Medical industry is highly valued.
- Proficient in SAP or other ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, Dynamics 365).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder management.
