Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness
- Manage the accounts payable ledger and ensure timely payment of invoices
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve invoice-related issues
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records
- Assist in month-end closing activities and financial reporting
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in accounts payable operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payable or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Prior experience working in an MNC environment is preferred
