VG Supply Chain, Inc. is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Head to join our dynamic team in Muntinlupa City. In this leadership role, you will be the cornerstone of our accounts payable function, ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of all disbursements and financial transactions.
As the Accounts Payable Head, you will not only manage the day-to-day operations of the AP team but also drive process improvements, strengthen vendor relationships, and uphold strict compliance with internal financial controls. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the Accounts Payable team to ensure high performance and adherence to deadlines.
- Oversee the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice processing, verification, and timely payment execution.
- Manage vendor relations, resolve payment discrepancies, and reconcile monthly supplier statements.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks and prevent duplicate payments.
- Ensure compliance with BIR regulations, tax requirements, and company financial policies.
- Prepare periodic AP aging reports and financial analysis for management review to support cash flow planning.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and increase departmental efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related business field.
- At least 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounts payable, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, tax compliance (E-VAT, withholding tax), and financial reporting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage workloads and motivate staff in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
