Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end accounts payable process and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of AP specialists to meet departmental goals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely payments and resolve disputes.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations of vendor statements and analyze variances.
- Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with Philippine accounting standards.
- Prepare and analyze monthly reports on accounts payable aging and cash flow projections.
- Collaborate with other departments such as Procurement and Treasury to streamline financial operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Proven experience in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local equivalents).
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine tax laws, VAT regulations, and BIR compliance.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
