Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the end-to-end processing of vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
- Perform daily data entry into the ERP system to maintain updated financial records.
- Support the finance team in reconciling vendor statements and resolving payment discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing monthly accounts payable reports and expense summaries.
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial filing systems in accordance with company policy.
- Support month-end closing activities and audit documentation requirements.
- Communicate professionally with internal departments and external vendors to facilitate smooth payment operations.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong grasp of fundamental accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (Pivot tables and VLOOKUP skills are a plus).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle high volumes of numerical data with precision.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Available for a minimum internship duration of 3 to 6 months.
