Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including high-volume invoice processing, 3-way matching, and accurate payment runs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for supplier inquiries, building and maintaining strong, positive vendor relationships across Australia and globally.
- Perform regular reconciliations of supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly and professionally.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline AP operations, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Assist with month-end closing activities, including accruals, prepayments, and detailed AP reporting for management.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Procurement, Operations) to ensure seamless invoice approval workflows and data accuracy.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects, internal/external audits, and compliance tasks as required.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent (Junior CPA level).
- At least 1–2 years of solid experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance/accounting role.
- Experience working with Australian companies, US companies, or other international brands is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks) and advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills for effective supplier relationship management and cross-team collaboration.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and process enhancement.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage time effectively across different time zones.
- Must be willing to work during Australian business hours (morning shifts in Metro Manila).
