Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Accounts Payable department, including invoice processing, verification, and coding.
- Supervise and mentor a team of AP staff, conducting performance reviews and providing training to ensure high productivity and accuracy.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and relevant tax laws in the Philippines.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies to maintain healthy business relationships and accurate financial records.
- Prepare and review monthly AP aging reports, accruals, and reconciliation schedules for management review.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce processing errors.
- Collaborate with the procurement and treasury departments to optimize cash flow and payment terms.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine tax laws and financial reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
