As the Accounts Payable Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operational leadership of our Global Expense Management function. Your role will involve managing a team of accounts payable professionals, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, implementing best practices in financial operations, and driving continuous improvement in our expense management processes.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the end-to-end accounts payable operations for Genesys's Global Expense Management function
- Supervise and develop a team of accounts payable professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Optimize accounts payable processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Prepare regular reports on accounts payable performance and metrics
- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations that may impact the accounts payable function
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification is a plus
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounts payable management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience managing accounts payable operations in a multinational company
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (SAP or Oracle experience preferred)
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
