Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the accounts payable department, including staff supervision, training, and development
- Design and implement streamlined AP processes to support rapid business expansion
- Oversee invoice processing, verification, and payment execution while ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to resolve payment issues promptly
- Implement automation technologies and best practices to enhance AP efficiency and reduce processing time
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and financial regulations
- Regularly analyze AP metrics and implement improvement strategies to optimize cash flow
- Collaborate with other finance departments to ensure seamless integration of financial processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in accounts payable management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated experience in retail or e-commerce accounting environments with rapid growth scenarios
- Expert knowledge of AP processes, financial systems, and automation technologies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify process improvements and implement effective solutions
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities with experience in developing high-performing teams
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting
