- Process and verify invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests accurately and in a timely manner
- Prepare and execute electronic and manual payment runs, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Manage vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies in billing or payments
- Maintain and update vendor files, including tax information and payment terms
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and support month-end closing activities
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and audits related to accounts payable
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups)
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is an advantage
