Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify supplier invoices for accuracy and completeness before initiating payments.
- Perform regular stock verification and inventory reconciliation to ensure data integrity.
- Reconcile accounts payable accounts monthly to ensure all balances are correct.
- Maintain proper documentation, including filing vouchers, receipts, and purchase orders.
- Address and resolve supplier inquiries regarding payment status and account details.
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to resolve discrepancies in purchase orders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience working in Accounts Payable or general accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills for managing external supplier relationships.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Familiarity with local tax regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
