Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance
- Manage weekly payment runs and ensure timely disbursements
- Perform monthly reconciliations of vendor statements and accounts payable ledgers
- Resolve payment discrepancies and vendor inquiries promptly
- Maintain organized digital and physical records of all transactions
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to optimize payment processes
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and GST regulations
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Exceptional attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
