We are seeking a meticulous Accounts Payable Officer to join our dynamic finance team at Cinepolis Indonesia. In this critical role, you will manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate vendor payments while maintaining financial compliance. You will be responsible for processing high-volume invoices, resolving discrepancies, and optimizing payment cycles to enhance vendor relationships and operational efficiency.
As a key member of our finance department, you'll collaborate with procurement, treasury, and accounting teams to streamline payment workflows. Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy, coding, and compliance
- Manage payment schedules based on due dates and priority levels
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies
- Maintain organized records of all accounts payable transactions
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve invoice-related inquiries
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
