Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness before payment
- Manage and maintain vendor accounts, ensuring all information is up-to-date
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of all invoices to maintain good vendor relationships
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures as needed
- Prepare and submit regular reports on accounts payable activities
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any billing or payment issues
- Adhere to company policies and procedures related to accounts payable
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
