This full-time on-site position in Cebu City offers a unique night shift schedule (9PM - 5AM, Monday to Friday) for professionals seeking non-traditional working hours. Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and proper authorization
- Ensure timely payment processing according to company policies and vendor terms
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies
- Maintain organized accounts payable documentation and filing systems
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams on payment inquiries
- Utilize ERP systems to manage payment schedules and vendor records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Basic knowledge of Philippine accounting standards
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
