Join CF Solutions Philippines Inc. and be part of a dynamic finance team in the heart of Eastwood City. We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to manage our end-to-end payable operations and ensure timely, accurate processing of all vendor invoices and payments.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining strong vendor relationships while upholding our commitment to financial accuracy and compliance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including procurement, treasury, and accounting to support seamless operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Process and review all vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy of amounts, GL codes, and supporting documentation
- Schedule and execute payments via check, ACH, or wire transfer within agreed terms
- Maintain vendor accounts, resolve discrepancies, and respond promptly to vendor inquiries
- Perform monthly account reconciliations for accounts payable and related expense accounts
- Categorize and code expenses to appropriate cost centers and GL accounts
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve outstanding balances proactively
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities and audit preparations
Kualifikasi
- Two or more years of accounting or related experience required
- Solid understanding of accounts payable processes and best practices
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry
- Good organizational and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is an advantage
- Prior experience in a Philippine BPO or shared services environment is a plus
