Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring all financial data is accurate and compliant with tax regulations.
- Perform weekly check runs and manage electronic payment processes efficiently.
- Maintain and update the accounts payable ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded in the ERP system in a timely manner.
- Conduct thorough reconciliations of vendor statements and address any discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with procurement and operations departments to verify purchase orders and approval workflows.
- Prepare monthly aging reports and assist in month-end closing activities.
- Handle vendor inquiries regarding payment status and account reconciliation professionally.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related business course.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in Accounts Payable or general bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of tax compliance, BIR regulations, and accounting principles.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work full-time based in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.
