Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts payable processes using accounting software and other programs
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and proper authorization
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to resolve payment discrepancies
- Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records
- Handle accounts payable for multiple entities and vendors
- Ensure timely payment of invoices to maintain good vendor relationships
- Prepare regular reports on accounts payable status
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Experience handling accounts for multiple entities is a plus
