Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and timely payment
- Reconcile accounts payable ledger with bank statements and general ledger
- Maintain organized vendor files and payment documentation
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Resolve payment discrepancies through vendor communication
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls
- Contribute to process improvements for accounts payable efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-2 years of accounts payable experience preferred
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
- Advanced Excel skills with data management capabilities
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards (PFRS)
