Join Wintermar Offshore Marine's finance team as an Accounts Payable Specialist and become a vital part of our maritime operations. In this role, you'll manage the complete accounts payable cycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices while maintaining robust financial controls. You'll collaborate with procurement teams to resolve discrepancies, optimize payment workflows, and contribute to month-end closing processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify supplier invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies
- Execute timely payment processing through various channels including electronic transfers and checks
- Maintain organized accounts payable records and documentation for audit purposes
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies through proactive communication
- Support month-end closing activities including accruals and payment reconciliations
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice issues and payment inquiries
- Ensure adherence to Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or finance roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems)
- Advanced MS Excel skills with experience in financial modeling and data analysis
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage high-volume transactions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
