Tanggung Jawab
- Review, verify, and process high-volume vendor invoices and check requests with high accuracy.
- Reconcile monthly vendor statements, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Prepare, execute, and track weekly and monthly payment runs (checks, ACH, wire transfers).
- Maintain accurate and organized digital accounts payable records, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments and external vendors to address and resolve payment inquiries.
- Assist the finance team in month-end closing procedures, including accounts payable accruals and aging analysis.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline AP workflows and support system automation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of solid experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or general accounting.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks) and advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for vendor and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
