We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance department. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the full cycle of accounts payable, ensuring that all vendor invoices are processed accurately, approved promptly, and paid in accordance with company policies and payment terms. You will play a vital role in maintaining the organization's financial health by managing cash flow to vendors and assisting in month-end close procedures.

- Process and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper authorization before payment.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any billing discrepancies or outstanding queries.
- Manage the accounts payable general ledger and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly in the system.
- Prepare and distribute monthly aging reports and financial statements to management.
- Coordinate with the finance team during month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist in tracking budget expenses and performing expense analysis as needed.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for all financial documents.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable or General Accounting.
- Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and GAAP standards.
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
