Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Manage accounts payable ledger and reconcile vendor statements monthly
- Coordinate payment processing and ensure timely disbursements to suppliers
- Maintain organized electronic and physical documentation for audit purposes
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor payment issues promptly
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to optimize payment workflows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable processing
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ERP systems preferred
