Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage vendor accounts and resolve any payment discrepancies or inquiries promptly.
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records and ledgers.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable accounts monthly.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare detailed reports for management review and auditing purposes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently while meeting strict deadlines.
