Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full cycle of Accounts Payable processing, including invoice verification, accurate data entry, and timely payment execution.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or queries promptly to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical filing systems for all AP documents and receipts.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures, including accruals, adjustments, and reporting.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external vendors to clarify invoice details and resolve issues.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies and local Indonesian tax regulations regarding payments.
- Prepare regular reports on AP aging and outstanding payables for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in Accounts Payable or General Ledger functions.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot and correct errors in large volumes of data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Indonesian is a plus).
- Understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPN/PPh) is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic, travel-related industry environment.
