This is a unique 6-month contract opportunity to play a key role in our operations, ensuring that our world-class events run seamlessly behind the scenes.
As an AP Specialist, you will be the backbone of our financial accuracy, managing supplier relationships, processing invoices, and supporting month-end closing activities. Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify high-volume invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper authorization, and compliance with company policies.
- Perform daily data entry into the ERP system and maintain an organized filing system for all payable records.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve payment discrepancies or billing inquiries promptly.
- Prepare payment runs, including cheque issuance and electronic fund transfers, in accordance with agreed payment terms.
- Assist in the month-end closing process by performing bank reconciliations and expense accruals.
- Support finance management with audit preparation and ad-hoc financial reporting tasks as required.
- Maintain vendor master data integrity within the accounting software.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in an Accounts Payable or general accounting role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Xero).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to workload management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to commit to a 6-month contract period.
