Probe CX is a leading customer experience solutions provider with a global footprint. We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to take ownership of the full AP cycle for one of our key Australian entertainment accounts. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced BPO environment, handling international transactions and ensuring compliance with Australian GST and regulatory standards.
In this position, you will be responsible for processing a high volume of invoices, obtaining proper approvals, coding expenses accurately, and executing payment runs. You will reconcile vendor accounts, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain seamless financial operations. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities will be crucial to success.
We are looking for someone with solid accounts payable experience, preferably with exposure to Australian accounting practices. Proficiency in Xero, MYOB, or SAP is highly desirable, along with advanced Excel skills. You will be based in our Eastwood office, with a hybrid work arrangement available.

Tanggung Jawab
- Process a high volume of invoices and credit notes for the AU Entertainment account, ensuring accuracy and timely entry.
- Review and verify invoices, obtain proper approvals, and code to the appropriate general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and execute payment runs via EFT, wire transfer, and other methods in compliance with client requirements.
- Reconcile vendor statements, investigate discrepancies, and resolve outstanding items.
- Maintain organized AP records and filing systems for audit readiness.
- Assist with month-end closing activities, including accruals and expense reporting.
- Ensure compliance with Australian GST regulations and internal controls.
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments to address inquiries and improve processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any related field.
- At least 2 years of solid accounts payable experience, preferably in a BPO or shared services environment.
- Demonstrated experience handling Australian accounts or knowledge of Australian tax rules (PAYG, GST) is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, or SAP; advanced MS Excel skills required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
- Willing to work in Eastwood, Quezon City, and amenable to hybrid work setup.
