Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify high volumes of vendor invoices accurately and timely.
- Perform three-way matching of purchase orders, receiving reports, and invoices.
- Manage the end-to-end payment cycle, ensuring all disbursements are authorized and recorded correctly.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with external stakeholders.
- Maintain organized digital records and filing systems for all payable transactions.
- Prepare weekly or monthly aging reports to support management decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards and internal financial controls.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and audit requests as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (CPA is an advantage but not required).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general bookkeeping.
- Familiarity with Australian accounting practices or experience with offshore accounts is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
- Strong numerical aptitude and high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with international clients.
- Ability to work onsite in Cebu City and commit to a fixed dayshift schedule.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines under minimal supervision.
