eClerx is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our expanding finance team in Muntinlupa City. As an AP Specialist, you will play a critical role in the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle. You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices, resolving vendor inquiries, and supporting the overall accounts payable operations. Note: This role is for a night shift schedule and is currently temporary work-from-home. Must be willing to work in Muntinlupa City once office operations resume.
Tanggung Jawab
- Process high volumes of vendor invoices accurately and within established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Perform three-way matching of purchase orders, receiving reports, and invoices.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments, including wire and ACH transactions.
- Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status, invoice discrepancies, and account balances.
- Assist with month-end closing activities, including accruals and account reconciliations.
- Maintain organized and accurate AP files and documentation for audit purposes.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Procurement, Operations) to ensure seamless P2P workflow.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Must be willing to work night shift and amenable to temporary work-from-home setup (must have reliable internet and workspace).
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
