Join EMAPTA as an Accounts Payable Specialist and become an integral part of our global finance operations. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage the end-to-end accounts payable process in a fully remote environment. In this role, you will ensure the accurate processing of invoices, timely vendor payments, and strict adherence to compliance standards. You will handle vendor reconciliation, resolve billing discrepancies, and maintain financial records with precision, all while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.

Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and validity before payment.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any billing discrepancies or errors.
- Prepare and issue payments via bank transfer or check, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Maintain and update the general ledger and accounts payable ledger.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals and adjustments.
- Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment inquiries and status updates.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal controls, company policies, and financial regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a night shift schedule.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
