Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full accounts payable cycle including invoice verification, data entry, and payment processing
- Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Process payments accurately using Xero and MYOB accounting software
- Maintain organized financial documentation and ensure compliance with US accounting standards
- Collaborate with Finance Administrator on month-end closing activities
- Communicate effectively with US-based vendors regarding payment inquiries
- Support financial reporting and analysis as needed
- Optimize AP processes for efficiency and accuracy
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable role
- Proficiency in Xero and MYOB accounting software
- Experience handling US client accounts and familiar with US accounting standards
- Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Philippine accounting principles and regulations
