Join our finance team as a temporary Accounts Payable Staff to cover a maternity leave period. This critical role ensures the seamless processing of vendor payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the company's cash flow management. You'll be responsible for overseeing end-to-end payment cycles, from invoice verification to reconciliation, while maintaining strict compliance with internal controls and financial regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and oversee end-to-end payment processes including invoice verification, approval routing, and timely disbursements
- Maintain organized digital archives of payment documentation for audit compliance and record retention
- Record and reconcile payment transactions in detailed financial reports using ERP systems
- Perform vendor account reconciliation to identify and resolve discrepancies in payment records
- Process employee expense reimbursements and corporate credit card statements
- Assist in month-end closing activities and financial statement preparation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve payment-related inquiries and disputes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or similar finance role
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP capabilities
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and VAT compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail with numerical accuracy verification skills
- Excellent organizational abilities with demonstrated time management in deadline-driven environments
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English
