Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the accounts payable team, fostering professional development and high performance
- Oversee end-to-end AP processes including invoice verification, payment processing, and vendor management
- Implement and maintain robust financial controls using SAP S/4HANA to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Analyze AP metrics to identify inefficiencies and drive process optimization initiatives
- Coordinate month-end closing activities and support financial reporting requirements
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies proactively
- Develop and implement AP policies and procedures aligned with best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of AP experience with 2+ years in team leadership role
- Expert proficiency in SAP S/4HANA financial modules
- Strong understanding of internal controls, SOX compliance, and audit requirements
- Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives in finance operations
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to financial detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial reporting tools
