This role involves managing vendor relationships, reconciling accounts, and implementing best practices to streamline financial workflows. Additionally, you will be tasked with identifying process improvements and ensuring full compliance with company policies. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the Accounts Payable team to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Oversee the full cycle of accounts payable processing, including invoice verification, data entry, and approval workflows.
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve any payment discrepancies, inquiries, or billing issues efficiently.
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and prepare accurate month-end closing schedules and reports.
- Implement and improve AP workflows, internal controls, and system efficiencies to reduce errors.
- Conduct regular audits of payment files and maintain organized, compliant documentation.
- Train junior staff on accounting software, policies, and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and internal controls.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team management.
