Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process for trade vendors
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and proper authorization
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues with vendors
- Reconcile vendor statements and maintain accurate payment records
- Assist in month-end closing activities and financial reporting
- Implement and maintain internal controls for accounts payable
- Collaborate with other finance team members on financial initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
