As the Accounts Payable Unit Head, you will oversee the full cycle of accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. You will play a pivotal role in managing vendor relationships, streamlining payment workflows, and ensuring that our financial records reflect the noble work we do. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the Accounts Payable team in daily operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and disbursements.
- Manage the end-to-end accounts payable cycle, including verification, authorization, and recording of financial obligations.
- Prepare and analyze detailed financial reports and statements related to various Red Cross programs and services.
- Reconcile vendor accounts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong professional relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal controls, accounting policies, and government tax regulations.
- Monitor cash flow requirements for payments and coordinate with treasury to ensure sufficient funding.
- Mentor and develop accounting staff to improve team productivity and technical proficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (CPA license is highly preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Solid understanding of Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS), BIR tax requirements, and VAT compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills with the ability to handle high-volume transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams.
