Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices.
- Monitor and forecast daily cash positions to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational requirements.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to maintain general ledger integrity.
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve billing discrepancies and manage payment inquiries.
- Prepare periodic cash flow reports and financial summaries for management review.
- Assist in month-end closing activities, including accruals and account reconciliations.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with financial policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or cash management roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Xero) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reconciliation processes.
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict month-end deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
