Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage full-cycle accounting tasks including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting
  • Act as primary personal assistant to property agent, managing calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare property transaction documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate client communications and maintain confidential stakeholder relationships
  • Process commission payments and manage expense tracking for the agency
  • Assist with property listing administration and marketing material coordination

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • Minimum 2 years experience in accounts payable/receivable or bookkeeping
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite
  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail in financial tasks
