- Manage accounts receivable cycle including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations
- Verify and post customer receipts to ensure accurate revenue recognition
- Resolve billing discrepancies and account reconciliations promptly
- Prepare aging reports and collection analysis for financial review
- Communicate with clients regarding payment status and overdue accounts
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve payment issues
- Maintain accurate documentation of all financial transactions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable management
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and regulations
