- Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes including invoicing, collections, and payment application
- Monitor aging reports and implement proactive collection strategies for overdue accounts
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies through detailed investigation
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve payment inquiries and disputes
- Prepare monthly financial reports on accounts receivable status and collection metrics
- Maintain accurate documentation of all transactions and communications in accounting systems
- Process credit memos and adjustments while ensuring compliance with company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or similar finance role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel
- Strong numerical aptitude with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations
