Join Stridam Ventures Inc as an Accounts Receivable Analyst (AR) and play a pivotal role in maintaining the company’s financial stability. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing cash flow operations by meticulously verifying remittances, accurately posting payments, and securing essential financial documents. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage the invoicing process, reconcile bank statements, and communicate effectively with clients regarding their accounts. Your work will ensure timely collections and accurate financial reporting, directly impacting the company's bottom line.

Tanggung Jawab
- Verify and process incoming payments, checks, and electronic transfers to ensure accuracy.
- Manage and update the accounts receivable ledger and aging reports.
- Issue accurate invoices and credit notes to clients in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions on a monthly basis.
- Communicate with customers to resolve billing inquiries and address overdue accounts.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures, including financial reporting.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial records.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience working in an Accounts Receivable or Finance department.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect errors in financial data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Philippine tax regulations (VAT) is a plus.
